Banana and Peanut Butter Frozen Yoghurt.

This is a glorious recipe that uses no-fat milk, no-fat yoghurt, no sugar and yet comes up tasting completely decadent. 


Although to wreck the skinny vibe I like to serve it with a hot chocolate sauce...

Ingredients

4 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
125 ml no fat milk
4 heaped tbsp crunchy no sugar added peanut butter
2 tbsp runny honey
625 g no fat plain yoghurt

Method (make sure your ice cream machine is ready to go)

1. Blend all the ingredients together then freeze for an hour or so.


2.  Take the mixture out of the freezer and churn in the ice cream machine until nearly completely set.  Transfer into container and freeze until needed.


How simple is that?!
