Nutella Ice Cream. Dark and not too Sweet.

This is by far the easiest ice cream I have ever made - no heating, whisking...you just chuck the lot together and freeze.  And wonderfully I've managed to get rid of Nutella's sickly side by adding cocoa powder and cream cheese.  Delicious.

Oh and in the spirit of the olympics, it must have a record for the shortest freezer time ever - being made on a Monday and finished by the Wednesday!

Ingredients (enough for 4-6)

50 g caster sugar
170 g Nutella
150 m carton double cream
100 g full fat cream cheese
35 g dark cocoa powder
100 ml while milk

Method
1. Ensure your ice cream machine is ready to go.
2. Blend all ingredients together in a mixing bowl then chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
3. Churn the mixture in the ice cream machine until frozen, then decant into a tub, cover and pop in the freezer until the temptation gets too much…
