Ingredients (enough for 4-6)
50 g caster sugar
170 g Nutella
150 m carton double cream
100 g full fat
cream cheese
35 g dark cocoa powder
100 ml while milk
Method
1. Ensure your ice cream machine is ready to go.
2. Blend all ingredients together in a mixing bowl then
chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
3. Churn the mixture in the ice cream machine until frozen,
then decant into a tub, cover and pop in the freezer until the temptation gets
too much…
